GoogleGreeted soon as walked in the check in process waiver was simple. Staff was very courteous. Amanda the technician explained everything to my daughter and I we both were comfortable. From start to finish during my daughter’s piercing process it was quick and Amanda did a great job. My daughter was very pleased and happy with her dermis piercing. Overall the visit was very nice the business is very clean and they sanitize very thoroughly. We will come back future visits and recommend to others.

The customer service was fantastic from our initial phone call to when we drove out the parking lot. We will definitely be back for more piercings, maybe a nose ring or a tattoo too. GoogleI had the itch to get my nose pierced for a while now so I started contacting local tattoo shops near my work. The first 2 referred me to a piercing only place whose prices seemed a little steep for a piercing, and I get that what you pay for is what you get, but then I looked up Black Cloud Tattoo and Piercing where i read that walking were welcome with an understanding that there might be a weight. So I decided to go there after work one-day and I was able to just walk in around 5, Eric was available and made the process seemless! He has so many years of experience and he knew what he was doing. Highly recommend for piercings! Thanks for making this process so easy Black Cloud! GoogleI went to get a septum piercing. The greeting of me walking in was very welcoming. The vibe and energy was great. The decor was soothing. Honestly I wanted to take my shoes off, thats how comfortable I was. The piercer is wonderful, very clean and patient. He talked me through every step. His technique of tell me to breath was on point. Very quick. And he even changed my Medusa piercing for me. Yes I will be going back and already told my friends about my experience. Oh and I can not forget that everyone I met that day was eye catching. So I got a 2 for 1 special, pierced and eye candy.
