My nose piercing was done by Reece and she was super nice and funny and made the whole thing really comfortable. Everything was very professional and done correctly and cleanly. GoogleThis was a smooth experience! I got a septum piercing and I must admit, I was a bit scared going in because I thought the septum was gonna be extremely painful but it wasn't! Once I arrived for the piercing, I felt welcomed. Like the person that did my piercing seemed like they too were happy I was getting a piercing. It was all beautiful and calm vibes. I was fearful of even getting a tattoo or piercing because of some of the other places I checked out and the people didn't seem very welcoming, had their nose all up in the air and made me feel uncomfortable, not here though! I like this place and for all the folks fearful of germs, this place is doctors office clean, love it! GoogleI went in to the shop because I liked the Native American vibe, being that my bf is also Native, so I went in and talked to some of the tattoo artists about a couple ideas I have and spoke to a couple piercers and finally settled upon starting out with an Ashley lip piercing. The piercing artist took me into the piercing room where everything was nice and clean. She had all the instruments to do the piercing laid out. She marked with ink where the piercing was going to go and I was able to see her take out all the instruments out of the paper/plastic wrappers, so I know it was all new surgical grade metal and all. And she did a very good job with the piercing. It hurt pretty bad but she was calm and helpful through the whole process and even let me hug her for emotional support when she was putting the ball on. I’d like to also mention she gave me a $10 discount from the regular price. And now that I’ve gotten 1 piercing I have another $10 discount to come back for another! Yayyyy!! I definitely recommend this Black Cloud Tattoo and Piercing if you want to get something done. It’s a clean shop and the people are all very nice! 5 stars for sure!! Service: Lip piercing

GoogleI've been coming here the last two years for my tattoos and piercings. The person I used to go to moved, so I had to find somewhere else. It takes me some time before I can determine if I trust a company or artist with my tattoos. Black cloud has phenomenal artist. I can't say I've always had the same person when I go in, but they always do amazing work. They take the time and care to actually listen and put together some great pieces. Googlei didn’t get my piercers name, but they were working front desk and did my piercing at the same time and wasn’t rude about it at all. i got 4 total piercings in one sitting and they made it a breeze, even with people coming in and talking to them. i wasn’t nervous or anything, but they talked me through and made sure i was breathing right lol even cracked some jokes in the middle of it.
