I got pierced at the Matthews location and my boyfriend came in for a tattoo. I can’t remember the names of the two piercers that did my nose piercing, but they were very helpful and explained everything so well. It was my first piercing and they made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The signup was easy the staff friendly. Monae was great. I sent her the idea, and she came up with the concept. There were certain aspects that I didn’t like and she worked with me as we found the perfect design that I wanted and then she gave me options for different placement. She’s very patient with me as this is my first time getting a tattoo, she made it seamless and painless. She said the mood with the music it was all around a good experience, and as someone who works with high resolution images, her tattoo was very crisp and Sharp.
