For it to be my first piercing other than my ears it was very quick and easy! It was a spur of the moment thing and Kay was very helpful! She did my piercing super fast! Almost painless!! the person who pierced me and my cousin - as well as the other employees we interacted with - was incredibly pleasant, comfortable, and professional. quick and painless, great placement, friendly services, clean workspace (my cousin was pierced first and asked very nicely if i could wait a minute or two so she could disinfect the space, green flag). totally worth it. thank you, black cloud!!
