She gave me all the instructions I need and conversed with me in a super friendly manner and answered all my questions. She made me feel comfortable and the place seemed clean and sanitary. Lucy and Amanda were fantastic at easing my nerves and my nose piercing went so smoothly and was just what I wanted. The facility was super clean and all tools came out of a surgical bag. I would definitely recommend Black Cloud to anyone looking to get a piercing. I hear they do phenomenal tattoos as well.
