They have several locations in the Charlotte area, and I’ve been to two separate ones. They both did fantastic! I have received an ear piercing and a nose piercing from Black Cloud and both are extremely well done. I wanted my ears to get double pierced for such a long time and it only took about ten minutes! GoogleOverall a good experience. When I called it was as if they couldn’t be bothered with another customer, but I went ahead. I arrived a few minutes before 3 and the gate was closed with a sign they were at lunch for 30 minutes. It was handwritten in pink and hard to see until I got up to it. No indication of when they hung it or when they’d return. I could see people in the store so I took the chance because of the reviews. Bill was polite, respectful, and efficient. He listened to my questions and took time to make sure I understood the aftercare. I’m glad I took the chance. I’m happy with the piercing and have very little pain and no swelling as of day 2. GoogleJosh is AWESOME! I love the fact that we can collaborate and he knows what ww want. We always give him the freedom to add to our piece and its perfection every time. So far Josh has done 2 coverups and 2 new pieces for us and that continues to increase. We highly recommend him!

My 13 year old got her tragus pierced and was quite nervous beforehand, but Amanda calmed her nerves and was so sweet and quick throughout the whole process!
