The only thing I could say is that my artist had a very heavy accent, and I’m really hard of hearing enough as it is😂However the man was very kind and highly sanitary. I’m very terrified of needles and have a very low pain tolerance and he made it feel like a breeze. He was even courteous enough to ask if I was ok, and because of him I finally got my first tattoo.

Took my 12 year old daughter here to get her ears pierced and had a great experience! They were very nice and courteous throughout the process. Didnt make it out to be a big deal, which helped my daughters nerves and gave her confidence. Definitely recommend!

So I came in after making an appointment with Chris. I knew it’d be an experience that was different. Chris took his time with preparation for the area. Showing me that he uses new needles straight out the pack. He made sure that I was comfortable the whole time walking me and talking me through every step. Showed me the placement at every step and took time to make sure it was perfectly in line with my body. We listened to music and vibed and talked like we’ve been friends for years. He gave me exactly what I wanted and delivered it with perfection. He emphasized that although the art is important, the experience for the client is major. He’s just an amazing person altogether. Chris definitely left with a forever client and forever friend! already planning the next one! Thank you Chris!!!

I came here end of last year for a nose and tragus piercing (quick and ease of pain process) and after a period of time I came back for a swap out my piercings for the hoop look. Unfortunately I found out months later that piercer did not close off the hoop in my nose completely and the hole healed around the earring (no problems with my tragus). However, when I brought it to their attention, they removed the piercing at no charge and told me I could come back in 4 weeks (to allow for healing) for a re-piercing at no charge. I was a little anxious that when I came back they would not honor this but when I went in, I had no issues. And another painless and quick experience! Highly recommend- each staff member I've spoken has been friendly , professional , and comforting.
