GoogleCould not have asked for better service during a trying time. Stacy was wonderful, helping us secure a U-Haul and trailer to tow our vehicle home. Joe stayed with my wife and daughter till I could pick them up before hauling our car to the hotel. Stacy followed up that evening to make sure everyone was ok. Top notch customer service!

GoogleThe driver was very patient and educating meaning he let me know every step with processing and towing my car back to my home. Patrick made sure we were satisfied. He has a very nice personality he smiled and laughed with us. If he was having a bad day I wouldn’t have known because he was such a happy person. He loves his job.
GoogleI was stuck real deep in my yard. Called BJ’s towing to pull me out and was here at my house in 20 minutes. The tow truck driver explained to me what he was gonna do and was very patient with me as I was steering the truck as he was pulling me out. He is very patient and polite. I will use them again if needed and definitely refer them. Thank you BJ’s!
GoogleBJ’s came out in the middle of the night or I should say morning (2am) to pick up my car. Patrick was very professional, efficient and careful with my car. Coming from Picayune to pick up the car in Mandeville then drop off the car in Metairie - Thanks BJ’s Towing!
GoogleMy truck broke down after midnight on my way back to New Orleans and not only did they pick up the phone when I called, but they were on their way within 20 minutes. They had clear communication about what I should expect and even helped me try to trouble shoot what the problem might be. I would absolutely use them again, hopefully don’t need to, but it was definitely the best towing experience I have had and I’m just so impressed and grateful that I didn’t have to wait hours for someone to show up. I highly recommend BJ’s Towing and Recovery!
GoogleThe driver showed up 35 minutes earlier than the time quoted. I waited for A1 Towing service for 8 hours, they were to show up at Sunday morning or 7:09 am. I tried calling them and they phone keep going to voice mail. The driver finally called me after 10:00 which I was at church Thanks again BJ’s for being so attentive to my needs

GoogleBJ’S Towing and Recovery is amazing. I will be using them every time we need a tow. My husband had a stroke in August and the tow driver was very patient and listened to every word my husband had to say. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

GoogleVery helpful person. I was very pleased with the service
GoogleI can't commend BJ's Towing & Recovery enough! They came shortly after I called to assist with a MAJOR problem. One of our tractor trailers went off the road and into a ditch and was in a bad situation and knew i would need some heavy duty winching. I was informed by my driver that the trailer tires were in the air and the trailer was leaning on a fence. Tyler was the operator in charge, he informed me of the situation once he arrived and reassured me the job could be handled no problem, but it was more involved then it was thought initially. With the expertise from himself and other fellow operators they were able to recover the truck and trailer while incurring no further damage than was already done. I was told it was leaning against the fence and big sturdy type poles driven into the ground were the only reason it didn't rollover. They acted effectively and efficiently and will always use them for anything we need. Thank you again.
