John was AMAZING. I went through my car insurance to get a tow and they 1st set me up with ASAP towing and when the rep called me they were RUDE AND HORRIBLE. I then called them back and got transfered with BJ Towing and John was amazing. He was so friendly and understanding. He spoke to me like a person and didnt hesitate when he came to the house and had to gwt the car towed in the rain. He even confirmed and sent me a picture of the car at the mechanic shop. I WILL BE USING BJ TOWING FOR ALL OF MY NEEDS!!!!!!

He was awesome! Super friendly, And also Made sure that I knew About a different issue related to the tire replacement And took the time to show me safely. He’s a great guy - Replaced the tire and followed U-Haul‘s guidelines But walked me through what they needed to do. So he’s trustworthy too.
