The best body shop I have seen in south Florida. The only one to use for your Mercedes benz. Blanca was very helpful she keeped me informed. Jeremy knew exactly how to work insurance adjuster to quickly get estimates.
So strange to have an acedent and come out so happy. 2025 GLE 63s coup ask about diminished value claim.

Jeremy’s inspection was very efficient finding all of the large and small problems with my vehicle after I had run my Mercedes into a concrete wall damaging the front hood and bumper. The repairs and new paint are flawless, there is no sign that the car had ever had a crash. I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Cutler Bay Body Shop.

I was rear ended one morning and I immediately came to the body shop. Jeremy had assisted me the prior year so I went straight to he. He was super helpful. I got on the phone immediately with GEICO to open a claim and advised that the vehicle was being left at Mercedes. After getting the claim #, Jeremy completed the necessary paperwork and I left. I was updated every few days on the status. Jeremy called me when the car was ready to pickup. My only dealings with my insurance company was to initiate the claim and they called me once the estimate was done to advise of the estimated cost of the repair. Everything else was handled by Jeremy which was SUPER. My total time spent on drop off and pickup was less than one hour. The total experience was awesome.

I was absolutely exhausted after dealing with the insurance when I brought it into the body shop. Let me start by stating that Jeremy is the absolute best. He is very kind, set the correct expectations, helped me navigate my options, the insurance deductibles, invoices and I can say he truly went above and beyond. My car was in the shop for a month due to insurance associated delays and extensive repairs that needed to be approved by my provider. Jeremy never once missed a beat. He always followed up and kept me in the loop via email and calls. Every update he got, I got. Accidents are awful, but Mercedes was the best part of my experience and it was 100% due to Jeremy and his excellence service. He sets the standard of elite service and Mercedes and their clients are lucky to have him on staff. If you are unlucky enough to have to go to the body shop, hopefully you are lucky enough to have Jeremy at Mercedes help you out.

Mercedes Benz of Cutler Bay has an excellent team work. The car was treated fine. The job was done in a pristine way. The representative of the body shop that attended personally my car, Anamary Diaz, did a very fine job. She was on top of every detail and willing to help me until the car was ready for pickup. The vehicle was clean in and out.
I want to recommend this place to everyone that owns a Mercedes Benz and needs a good professional service.

Went in to get my C43 front bumper fixed. Took a little bit because of insurance but they got it done perfectly. My family and me always use this body shop since it’s the one Mercedes Dealers use and they never disappoint. Car came out perfect just like when it was new, it’s also driving better than ever since they re calibrated everything and made sure everything was perfect.
