Group was very accommodating when initially receiving my vehicle for repairs. I was unaware of the appointment requirement but they showed some flexibility and inspected my vehicle and took it in because of the damage that had been caused. The team kept me informed throughout the entire process and provided my vehicle in excellent condition and looking like it was not even in a collision. The team even carried out some quick modifications on the day that I went to receive the vehicle and never took any issue with having to address my request.

Bill Ussery Motors Collision Repair is by far the most superior automotive repair company in all south Florida for certified Mercedes Benz repairs. Anthony Forgett, the customer manager was supportive every single step of the way, working with me as best as possible to provide an exceptional outcome. I had a number of issues with the insurer and banks, and throughout he maintained complete understanding, provided support and helped me get my issues resolved. The repair of my car was flawless, it was as if nothing ever happened. Must be know, please be aware and take into consideration! This is a high tech, beyond professional as well as beautiful body shop. I have never seen a body shop as good as this one. They are truly so great at what they do, you’ll never no your vehicle was in an accident. All of their staff and craftsmanship, between Bodywork, painting, electrical, mechanical and are customer service Impeccable. My advisor Anthony James and the general manager Scott Woodard along with all the staff are extremely understanding, helpful and beyond generous. You definitely feel like a part of a family with them, and can rest assured leaving your vehicle knowing your great hands. I recommend this body shop to anybody that is truly in need of one. Best experience ever!

Having to use a collision center is stressful to begin with. Specially when your brand new car was involved in an accident. I am glad we chose the services of Bill Ussery Collision Center. Not only did my car return to my garage in record time abs in perfect condition, the service updates from Lucy Arce made the whole experience even better.
