Tuve una experiencia excelente con Big Apple Mobility. Cambio por completo mi estadía en Nueva York con un familiar que neecsita asistencia para movilizarse y el scooter funcionó perfecto, la batería dura muchísimo, un día caminamos 16 km y solo bajo 1 punto de 10 de la batería. Los demás días siemore se mantuvo al 100%. Recomiendo muchísimo esta empresa. Sin dudas volvería a contactarlos.

This is my second time using this company and I can't say enough about how excellent the service and convenience is! First time was to a family outing to an amusement park, and this latest time was to a college campus for a freshman move-in. Being able to keep up with everyone else despite my own limitations is a joy and a stress relief that is almost indescribable. While visiting NYC, my wife was recovering from knee surgery. Although she can walk a couple of blocks fairly well, much more than that becomes painful and problematic. On our second day in the city, we realized that it'd be helpful to have some mobility assistance. We decided to rent a wheelchair so that I could take her on longer outings. After finding great reviews for Big Apple Mobility, we decided to call on them for wheelchair rental. Genius decision! Everything about the interaction was fantastic. The wheelchair was promptly delivered to our hotel. The cost was more than reasonable and they even picked up the wheelchair at the end of our stay. It was all perfect. We couldn't possibly recommend BAM more highly.

Big Apple Mobility provided great service. They were very solicitous in regard to questions. The scooter I rented was in great shape, and didn't lose it's charge too quickly, like some do. Delivery to and from the hotel was very helpful.

This company was great. I rented a mobility scooter that was delivered to my hotel, the scooter worked great and never was I concerned that I would run out of juice, and at the end of my stay the scooter was again picked up at the hotel. I highly recommend Big Apple Mobility.

Everything was great! I thought I could manage NYC without a scooter and after a day realized I would be too tired and would miss out. Alex was very helpful, courteous and professional. It would have been 4 stars if he would have delivered the scooter just a little bit up the street. I am handicapped and I had a hard time getting to your location and it was not marked on the outside of the building whatsoever identifying it as “Big Apple Mobility”.

Rented a scooter after knee surgery. And I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the product and the customer service I received. Alex was prompt with responding to questions I had with regards to the scooter, and when I needed to extend the use of the scooter. Parking midtown is a nightmare and for both pick up and drop off staff assisted with disassembly and reassembly to fit the scooter in the vehicle. Great company and resource!!!
