Very friendly staff, easy check in, easy check out. The only downfall is there are no elevators, so you do have to carry your luggage up flights of stairs and you are required to give $100 refundable deposit in case of any damages to your room. I was not told about this deposit until I checked in. Overall, our stay was fine.

Best Western is a warm welcoming place here in Gastonia NC, Mrs.Kim is very nice and she’s also very charming. Whenever your need something or anything she would offer her help and gladly make sure you are satisfied!! Thanks Mrs. Kim Your the best!!

Stayed here for business for almost two months now. The staff are very friendly, tentative, and understanding. Had a very pleasant stay. Rooms are clean and location is prime

I come here from time to time and I want to say each time I came the customer service as amazing! Opal, the front desk receptionist is wonderful as well helps my stay become as seamless as possible each time let’s get her a raise!!!!

The front desk personnel Kim j was great with her customer service, it's exceptional she met all my needs . Checked me in fast and even recommended places where they have health conscience meal choices. All in all my stay there with the service of Kim J. I'll be returning again..
