Just spent 4 nights at Bel Air, in one of the Andorra chalets. It had everything I needed and was super comfy. One of the things I liked the most was the privacy, as my chalet was kind of isolated from others. Reservation was easy and the staff communicated well before and during my stay. If I could leave a couple of suggestions, they'd be: 1. the check-in/out times, so that we can enjoy a bit longer; 2. activities - some of the fields/courts (soccer and volleyball) were not finished and kind of "abandoned". The basketball/tennis court was good. Also, I'd have preferred if the bike rental was done by Bel Air and not a third party company that I had to call in advance to book - and it's quite pricey. I understand that the place is under development so things aren't 100% yet, but it has huge potential. I'd definitely return.

Nous avons été deux nuits dans le chalet « Andorra », super propre, bon service disponible et accommodant! Le chalet est plus petit que ce que les photos montrent mais bien aménagé. Le seul point négatif est une des chambres n’avait pas de rideaux alors pas super agréable le matin..Très beau resort avec plusieurs activités à proximité.

Très beau week-end. Très reposant, très bien situé, bien amménagé. Le fonctionnement en temps de COVID est impeccable. Nul besoin d'aller à la réception lorsque notre POD était prêt, les infos ont été envoyées par courriel. La seule remarque négative concernant notre round POD c'est que le lit laissait à désirer au niveau du confort, sinon tout était parfait!

Je me suis louée une nuitée dans la mini-Antarctica, solo, pour me ressourcer. Je ne savais pas à quoi m’attendre! J’ai été plus qu’agréable entk surprise! Emplacement de toute beauté; chalet très propre et d’une beauté; spa et sauna individuels (parfait pour se ressourcer!!); le personnel était accueillant et souriant! Il y avait aussi une multitude d’activités que je n’ai pas eu le temps de faire! Honnêtement, je suis partie de reculons, et j’ai déjà hâte d’y retourner! Bravo aux propriétaires et aux personnes qui y travaillent!

From the moment we got there it was nothing short of bliss! Roxanne ( brown curly hair) was pleasant and so informative. We called many times to inquire about certain things and every time they were so patient. Stephanie from the farm was so great with our two little girls and treated us like family. We visited the farm every day and had a close up experience that we will never forget. Julie from the spa is exceptional. Magic in her hands!! Overall, a great family experience and we would go back in a heartbeat!! (Dome was great, everything you need! Hot tub so useful with the kids!)

Enjoyed a 4 night visit in the Andorra1 property. Our second visit to Bel Air and both times has seen our expectations met, even exceeded. The Andorra property sleeps 6 comfortably and has a well appointed kitchen and seating area. The hot tub, outdoor patio and bbq are nice touches. The little shop onsite offers convenience for all the little things. Looking forward to exploring the new restaurants at a future visit. Highly recommend.

Vraiment calme, cadre super agréable! Les pods sont orienter de façon à ne pas avoir de vis a vis. Nous avions choisi Bel air Tremblant, pour ses jacuzzi et sauna privée, ses logements unique le tous dans un excellent confort. La chambre était vraiment propre et contient vraiment tout le nécessaire ( pas besoin de ramener shampoing, serviettes, ustensile de cuisine, meme les bougies d’anniversaire ). Le plus: la skyline dans notre pod 😍 En revanche le tchek out à 10h me parait un peu tot, étant en vacances, j’aurais aimer en profiter un peu plus. Dans tous les cas, adresse à retenir, nous y retournerons pour profiter des activités d’été et pas mal d’amis on deja reserver!

We loved our stay! From booking to the time we spent there! Everything was amazing! We have two young children under the ages of 5 and even they had fun! We can’t wait to be back! We are hooked!

Everything I expected and more! This was such a beautiful escape from Toronto. We stayed at the Vail chalet which was away from the other chalets and that made it even more peaceful. The price is definitely worth the stay as everything was sanitized and exactly as the pictures look. Very friendly staff at all times. And no disappointments the entire stay. Definitely will be visiting again!
