Nice, clean and well equipped chalet. Service at the clubhouse was very professional and friendly. Went to visit the animals at the little farm. Very pleasant. The living room furniture is very uncomfortable if you plan on sitting around the fire place or watch a hockey for more than an hour. The real negative I have to say is about the spa in the unit we stayed in (Andorra 107). There was no bar rack for the spa cover and was very difficult to remove and replace for someone who has a herniated disk and was going in this chalet specifically for the spa and relaxation. The neighbours had said bar rack for their spa. Just ours was missing. That was very disappointing to me. Other than that, great place and we would love to return, if the spa has a bar rack for the cover and a small upgrade is done to the living room furniture in terms of confort. I would recommend these chalets

We booked the dome for a quiet and romantic stay. Our wish were beyond fulfilled! Private sauna and spa is a must for a complete intimate experience. I wish we could stay longer. It was a complete satisfaction and original location!

Great service as usual ! Our 3rd time booking with Bel Air Tremblant , Reception representative Jacob gave 5star service ! Was always offering solutions to any issues offered a later checkout . excellent service. Very happy.

We booked our stay Monday to Friday mid March 2022. This is a dream of a resort. This was our 4th time visiting the resort. We typically stay in the Round Pod but this time we booked the Calafate. Due to unforeseen issues we ended up getting an upgrade to The Nest! WOW what a place that was! Again amazing! So if your looking to reconnect with your partner this is the right place to go. You have your own private hot tub and sauna too! Mont Tremblant is only a short drive away if you like to ski or to visit. The staff is extremely accommodating and are very professional to deal with. I would highly recommend Bel Air resort

We had a wonderful stay at the Lily Bleu cabin and the staff were as accommodating as they could be considering they were short staffed during a pandemic. They handled our concerns as best they could, however I would recommend having dish towels/oven mitts in the kitchen. We had to use bathroom towels to dry dishes and hands and to remove hot dishes from the oven. It was disappointing that the clubhouse's hot tub wasn't accessible, but we managed without that.I would also recommend maybe placing some mouse traps throughout the cabin. We lost a bit of food to the little creatures.

Secluded location, great architecture, very clean. Extremely well-equipped kitchen with every appliance, cookware, everything down to fondue pots and plates (even though we'd brought our own), onion soup bowls, the works. Gas BBQ fully equipped with tools etc., and a pair of outdoor propane heaters for the deck. Inside, the heated floors throughout was a nice touch. Fibre WiFi was fast and reliable.

Bel endroit calme, installations confortables et bon service. Commentaire constructif; un peu plus d’équipement serait apprécié dans les dômes. Par exemple, passoire, grille pain, sel et poivre, brosse à barbecue et ajout de produits plus régulièrement dans le spa.

We had a two night stay at the private dome. The dome was very clean and well prepared. The service was quick and easy, the staff were extremely friendly. We had an issue for the security deposit but the staff were lenient enough to accommodate my needs to make a few phone calls in order to handle my situation.

Sommes toute, nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans le chalet Aspen!! Toutefois quelques petits détails concernant la fonctionnalité auraient pu être corrigés afin que notre séjour soit plus que parfait! Le wifi a fonctionné seulement le soir de notre arrivée, une des deux chambres n’avait pas de chauffage (donc en décembre c’était froid!), le couvercle du spa n’ouvrait pas au complet, en dessous des lits c’était très sale (poussière, nourriture, masque, bouteille d’eau). Le code Insta nous a permis de recevoir un petit déjeuner gratuit (qui était délicieux!!) toutefois par chance que nous étions seulement un couple avec un bébé parce que nous avons reçu 3 mini-croissants et 3 mini-chocolatines.. (le chalet peut accueillir jusqu’à 4 personnes, une personne n’aurait pas mangé!) L’endroit était très propre, cela sentait le désinfectant à notre arrivée (dans une ère de covid, cela est très rassurant!!) La vue était magnifique! Seulement à 15 minutes du mont Tremblant! Nous y retournerons avec joie :) !

The cottage (Andorra) we stayed at was so private and relaxing. We stayed 2 nights as a couple, it was exactly as advertised. It has a few small needs for a repair-person (wobbly faucet, trim missing, small things), bit the atmosphere was exactly what we wanted. I would go again in a heartbeat. It would have been perfect with the kids too!

This was the first time I've stayed in the dome. The set up was really nice and the area is very calm and quiet. The negative: you have to take out your own garbage and recycling before you check out or else they will charge you 75$ extra; the full kitchen was well equipped but missing utensils and the knife rack contained rusty knives; the toilet paper holder was broken; the quality of toilet paper and kleenex is the cheapest kind; the floors were not cleaned properly so we walked around in our flip flops. They had queen size pillows for the king size bed and were absolutely horrible quality: the pillows went completely flat - even if they're stacked on top of each other. The hot tub didnt appear to have been cleaned - there was a film stuck on the edges of the hot tub. Some of the things mentionned above would not usually be something I would comment on but for the price you pay to stay in 1 of these things, I would expect a little more quality. The positive: the service at reception was great - everyone was really friendly and answered all of our questions. The dome itself is really nice, very cozy. The area you have to yourself is perfect: nice size balcony with everything you need. Waking up with the view of the sky and nature was really pretty. I would recommend to stay in these domes if you have never done so before.

It was just as advertised and a very cool spot. Everything was comfortable about the dome. The hot tub and sauna were great. We even had a nice little bonfire outside in the fire pit beside the dome. The only thing I did not like about it was check in is at 5pm and check out is at 10am. For me, the price is a bit too high for such a short time. If we were available to arrive at 2 and stay until 11.....I'd be tempted to do it again. Definitely not good for one night but a way too expensive for 2 nights.

This is was my first time going to a chalet. There was a miscommunication when I initially arrived and as a result I became extremely stressed and frustrated and what shocked me is how the MANAGEMENT dealt with the situation, the general manager PASCAL DJALANE turned the situation from a very negative experience to a positive one. He took control of the situation and authentically with kindness helped from the moment we met him to the last day we were there. Honestly if it wasn't for him I would have rated the place 2 star. The cottages/chalet were very clean however for me I was expecting more and again this is where management (PASCAL) jumped in and turned the experience to a WOW experience. What I LOVED: management reaction, breakfast being delivered to the door right at 9 am with a smile. what I liked: relaxing place, the beds, clean, front desk staff ****This msg is for those who hired Pascal, you made a great choice!!! ***** Sonia

I planned a surprise birthday getaway for my husband and we were not disappointed. The location is stunning, the staff are friendly and efficient, our chalet was gorgeous (in-suite laundry made using the hot tub that much nicer since we could dry our swimsuits) and Ekki sushi was phenomenal. Paired with a 5 minute drive to Spa Scandinave and we were in heaven.

Bien relaxant, par contre le petit réfrigérateur ne refroidissait pas assez et la qualité de l'eau du spa était jaune/brouillée avec un cerne jaune tout le tour... sinon nous avons aimé le double dôme situé au fond, donc la paix!🙂 Un peu cher niveau qualité prix, mais pour une occasion, ça va!!

This resort is absolutely beautiful and has potential to be amazing. The staff was friendly and they really and pleasant. We were about 15-20 minutes from the bottom of Mont Tremblant. The private hot tub and sauna are amazing and well worth the extra costs. The grounds are maintained very well and it appears to be growing. There are two things that are keeping this from a 5 star review. (1) - the bathroom and the kitchen were not sparkling clean. The tooth brush cup had never been cleaned and the toilet wasn't cleaned great and the handles of the kitchen cabinets were not cleaned well either. (2) There is no after hour/emergency. Our toilet wasn't flushing properly when we arrived so we notified the office and they said they would send someone up to take a look. We went out for the evening and expected it to be fixed when we got back. When we came back no one showed up and our toilet was still not flushing. I called the office and the emergency number, left a message and not one returned my call.. I ended up having to go to the restaurant and borrow their plunger and fix the toilet myself (and it wasn't even us that plugged the toilet...I promise :)). Fortunately all it needed was a plunge and it was good to go for the duration of our stay but a little better after hour support (or even a plunger in the cabin) would have been nice. I am not sure what we would have did if it was a more serious problem with the toilet or something else. However, even after the two small complaints we had I still would recommend checking out this resort and I will definitely be visiting this resort again. Hopefully they read my review, brush up on their cleaning and support and the next visit will be 5 stars.

Wonderful place, peaceful and serene. I stayed in the Cortina chalet which was perfect in every way. Saw lots of wildlife including raccoons, turkeys and a cute little fix that couldn't get enough of my leftover French fries.

Amazing weekend getaway at Bel Air resort close to Mont Tremblant . We stayed here for the second time as guests and waiting for our own chalet to be build next year . This resort is so peaceful and beautiful . The air is so fresh and the mountains are so nice . We ate at different restorants at night close to the village . People at the resort are very friendly and make you feel very comfortable . The chalet was very nicely decorated and clean . Truly a mountain chalet experience . We enjoyed a hot tub , the Bel air bedsheets and towels is a beautiful touch . I truly recommend everyone to try this resort if you would a fancy experience to stay in a mountain cabin, have fund with your friends , play cards until the late hours of the night , have some wine and enjoy time with everyone .kids had fun playing pool and watching their win shows on Netflix . Bel air you stole our hearts

Nous avons loué un dome pour la fin de semaine. L'interieur etait propre, nous avons pu aussi profiter du jacuzzi. Nous avons aimé notre séjour. La seule chose c'est que le cable et le wifi ne fonctionnais pas. Aussi, quand j'ai demandé pour le dejeuner s'il était fourni, on m'a mentionné que c'étais des frais supplémentaire. A 700$ la nuit j'aurais aimé avoir un dejeuner inclus. Sinon c'etais tranquille et agréable pour ce reposer
