Absolutely stunning location. The staff at reception was extremely helpful and friendly. Loved the stay and will most definitely comeback.

Really nice place to relax or having a great time in couple or with Friends. We had the 3 bubbles house you can eat or play at games in the middleroom and the intimity is good when the two doors are closed. Spa and sona just for you so nice. You have a beautiful sushi Restaurant on the site, very nice trip.

The resort was conveniently located, yet private enough to make you feel like you’re truly in the mountains. First impressions matter, and the staff greeted us with smiles the moment we checked in. They were always happy to help if we needed anything. The chalet itself was beautiful, exactly as pictured and had all the amenities a person could need during a trip up North - they even had toys in baskets for children, a pleasant surprise! We will definitely return, and we look forward to being long time customers from now on :) Thank you to all staff for a memorable trip with our little family.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment! Le site est magnifique, le personnel est souriant et accueillant. Seul petit bémol, dans le courriel ça disait que nous avions jusqu’à 19:00 pour se rendre, mais l’accueil fermait à 18:00. Cela a occasionné un inconvénient au niveau du dépôt, mais malgré tout nous avons eu un bon service. Merci beaucoup, c’est sure qu’on revient!

I cannot express my feeling and stay in bel air resort lucie were so welcoming and helpful in all means she was amazing customer service as well jessie also helped me with great room choice the tail dome and our experience me and my wife as it was her birthday unforgettable and we loved the service and care they give to customers. Everything is great at this resort as well if any issue they solve it on spot and they never made you sad and they made your stay amazing. Loved the location and everything about it. For a couples get away, this was the most romantic, comfortable, and relaxing destination. I loved every moment of being at the Bel Air rentals. The Dome was by far an experience I will never forget.

I love Bel Air Resort! My partner and I stayed for one night in the Round Pod and it was absolutely wonderful. The sushi restaurant was amazing, the pod was super clean and secluded, and we loved the hot tub and sauna. I give the customer service of this place a 10/10 as well, especially Jessie! She answered any questions I had and was super pleasant over the phone. I can’t wait to stay here again!

We rented the resort with private sauna and hot tub, it is so convenient and so much fun enjoying them in the fall weather. We called the resort reception for assistance, the lady at the reception is very helpful in getting the service we want temporarily and calls service right away. Hover arrived and is very patient in resolving the service, thank you. Later on we went to Ekki sushi, John the waiter who is also a sushi chef is very knowledgable in recommending the best combination of sushi for us, thank you again and we look forward to returning to the resort soon.

Awesome getaway We stayed for one night in a round pod on November 24-25. Overall it was wonderful and we would definitely visit again. The accommodation is quite luxurious and very thoughtfully designed and service is great. What we liked: - Super clean! - The floors are heated - Fireplace is wonderful and great for drying towels faster in between hot tub, bath tub and shower uses! - Huge comfortable bed - All the amenities (smart TV which can rotate, tablet, wifi, shower, bathtub, dishwasher, etc) are great - The design and placement of the pods/domes is great to maximize privacy despite all the windows. - Service at front desk and from the bistro for breakfast are good. We were able to get slightly later check-out time (11 am instead of 10 am). What we would do differently or like to see change: - It would be nice to have teabags/hot chocolate and cream/sugar for coffee included in the room. The nespresso machine is nice but we didn't think to bring cream and we don't drink black coffee - If we go again we will book 2 weekday nights instead of just one. Check-in is at 5 pm and check-out is at 10 am. So if you are booking here because you want to use the sauna and hot tub, you will not have much time to do so (especially if you go to bed early). Even moreso in the winter - there is no light inside the sauna so if it's dark outside it's pitch black in there. I ended up not using it for that reason and it was a big part of why I booked here. Also if you want to enjoy the view of the mountains and trees from your accommodation in the winter, you will barely get to see it if you only stay one night. - I would definitely want to book during the fall when the leaves are changing colour. The view was still nice with no leaves but left me wishing we had gone earlier to get the full effect. Plus I think with the leaves you would get even more privacy.

My husband and I visited for three nights just to “get away”. We stayed in Pod 3. The view from both our deck and from inside was gorgeous and it was a private location with no structures in our view. The Pod was perfect. Small kitchen with enough cups, plates and utensils for simple meals. Comfortable bed, amazing shower and free-standing bath tub. There is also a gas fireplace in the pod which is easy to use. I can’t say enough about the private hot tub and sauna. So nice to have it to ourselves whenever we wanted to use it. Glass of wine and the stars are all you need. Grocery store on site (which we didn’t visit) and a clubhouse with a restaurant upstairs. It is situated close to Tremblant village (15 min) for an afternoon stroll, shopping or skiing. It is perfect for a “getaway”. Quiet, serene, and very romantic. Don’t hesitate. Book!

The staff are very accommodating and friendly. You feel extremely welcome at this resort. Our accommodations were very clean and had all the necessities. We enjoyed the spa and sauna. The only reason I cannot give it 5 stars is simply because I save that for places that offer all of the above, but a notch more luxury and activity. However you must know that my family and I went there during low season (the leaves had already fallen, but it wasn't winter yet), so summer and winter may offer more to do. The sushi restaurant was amazing. I recommend this resort and I'm glad we stayed there rather than the village.

Beautiful rentals and well maintained! I do want to be back again. Only thing to watch out for; is that the taxes and fees are 35% of the original rental value (18% tax + room booking fee)

The team was so welcoming, the views were stunning and the dome was so unique and well equipped. A great get away to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet (and the hot tub and sauna!)

Great service and a beautiful little chalet very private. If I could make one suggestion it would be to have a dresser and a standup mirror in the chalet. As beautiful as the place was. With our clothes all over the place it was not very practical. But the service was fantastic and very very clean!
