Most amazing weekend esspecially for a romantic getaway. Highly recommended and special thankdls to all the staff for making our special weekend one to remember. I wish everyone has the opportunity to visit for a weekend. :)

We came to this resort to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and we were thrilled with the experience! Beautiful pod, friendly staff that goes out of their way to assist you, amazing food… We also loved our private jacuzzi… So yeah… I have nothing but good things to say about this place. 100% recommended

Beautiful getaway, the Pod is fully equipped for everything you could need, the jacuzzi is very clean, location is perfect! The farm was a great experience ! Sushi Ekki is a MUST! I requested bath robes for the jacuzzi at check in because I prefer them to towels in the cold.

Amazing place. Amazing location. Great staff and food options. The only issue with the domes is that there is rarely any closet space to unpack your clothes. So you're left with using a bench as a counter when the space could have allowed for some storage or clothes drawers. Besides that it was great. Will definitely be going back.

Loved the geodome! Booking the cottage next. More options for kids to eat at the Bistro would be great. The staff made us some fries to go with our gourmet meal. We really appreciated the effort and the fries were great!

Some positives… Ekki Sushi is amazing. Our fave meal in Tremblant. This was our first time staying at Bel Air Chalets. We stayed in Stowe #1. Positives: Beautiful view. Secluded. Private hot tub…newly installed this week. Condo had good patio with gas grill. They even refilled our propane for us quickly when we realized we ran out. Staff was responsive. Club house and gym are gorgeous. Breakfast at clubhouse Bistro very good too. We got our room at a discount…had we paid full price, we would not have been satisfied given the cost vs issues. The cons: Our unit had a pervasive sewage smell. We called about it and they sent a repairman. But the reality is nothing can be done as it is due to the placement of the septic tank itself. While the unit was relatively clean, there were some clear misses. The fan blades were coated in lots of dust. Easy to clean, but missed. The washer was moldy. The furniture had a lot of wear and tear. Not unusual for a rental but this was BEAT UP. Worn through pleather, walls were scraped up. Uncomfortable and cheap furniture. Some other reviewers shared similar thoughts. If you’re going to claim to be top 10% of hotels in the world..standards aren’t there. Also…bowls. The bowls in the kitchen were oddly tiny. Like maybe they were for appetizers but not cereal or soup? Weird little inconsistencies like this… Note…while we didn’t have a power outage, we noticed no alternative heat source if you should lose power. You are screwed. We’ve been coming to the area for years. We would consider staying here again but might check elsewhere first.

We had not stayed at Bel Air (Mt Tremblant) before this trip. So, we had no idea of what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised! First, the restaurant...the quality of the food, service & preparation was EXCELLENT!! The chef (& sous chef) is /are as talented as you'd get in a major city. And, the service matched. The spa experience was better than we get at home!!! The spa is gorgeous. And, the "therapists" are extremely knowledgeable & talented.

Les gens sont très accueillants, le site est beau. Notre dôme était propre et bien organisé. L'accès au sauna pourrait être amélioré, nous devions marcher dans la boue. Il faisait froid dans le dôme et les planchers étaient très froids. Il n'y avait pas beaucoup d'eau chaude dans la douche. Le spa et le sauna étaient propres et agréables. Les lits sont confortables. Nous avons pu profiter du site plus tôt et notre dôme était prêt à 16h ce qui est bien, par contre, 10h arrive vite. Ce fut un beau séjour agréable.

Stayed here this weekend and we loved everything about this resort . We rented the aspen chalet and it was so clean and absolutely beautiful !! Had a day of pampering at the Ono spa located in the resort and no words can describe how amazing Emilie was 😊 The village is a 12min drive from the resort !! We will definitely come back in the summer !!

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. La gestion de la température intérieure des pièces est difficile avec les thermostats. L'espace privé du SPA, les planchers chauffants, la propriété des lieux étaient appréciés. Les services techniques du Resort ont été très rapide. Le plus gros inconvénient est de quitter l'emplacement à 10 heure.

J’ai réservé le dôme deluxe 4 et tout étais parfait!! la vue au lever du soleil sur les montagne juste trop magnifique!! l’intérieur très propre, très chaleureux et le lit très confortable!! J’ai été souper au bistro et la nourriture et le service étais incroyable !! Je recommande fortement cet endroit pour décrocher du quotidien!!

Vraiment un bel endroit. C'était une première pour moi et ce ne sera pas la dernière. Très calme. L'hébergement était très chaleureux et intime, très bien équipé et très propre. J'y ai passez un super moment.

Bel emplacement! Spa très agréable! :) Petit bémol: les rideaux beaucoup trop petits pour les fenêtres donc manque d’intimité, ce qui selon moi est un détail à ne pas négliger dans un tel endroit ! Déception par rapport au resto sushi sur le site, je suggère donc de faire une petite épicerie avant. Cuisine tres bien équipée!:)

Nous étions sept filles dans le chalet Meribel et nous avons passé de très beaux moments. La literie et les linges de bain étaient propres et en quantité suffisante pour deux jours. Par contre, l’entretien général du chalet était négligé (plancher taché, porte d’armoire tachée de nourriture, coulisses sur les murs). Nous avions l’impression qu’une grosse fête avait eu lieu juste avant nous et que le ménage avait été fait très rapidement. Heureusement, les employés et l’ambiance des lieux ont réussi à faire oublier ces lacunes. C’est un magnifique endroit à proximité de tout!

Had a lovely stay but the check-in and check-out window was too narrow The dome was really nice, clean and had good privacy. The view was beautiful. We enjoyed the hot tub. The bistro was super nice and the breakfast was delicious! We thought the check in and check out window was quite narrow. With a check-in time of 5 pm, we arrived when it was dark outside so couldn't enjoy the view until the next morning. But the check out was at 10 am so we didn't have much time to enjoy the view from the hot tub in the morning either. My recommendation would be to extend the check-in and check-out time by an hour or two so your guests have more time to enjoy you beautiful accommodation.

We spent three lovely evenings in a dome and found it the perfect place to relax. The scenery was gorgeous. The breakfast was delicious and highly recommend. If you get a chance to stay at this resort, you won't be disappointed.

The best place to stay with your family, quick service and close to everything, in general the best place to stay with your family and friends, the staff is lovey and very understanding, the best stay we could ever imagine, don’t stay at a hotel stay this place, have my word I am a mom and I would love the best stay for my children, definitely recommend this place to anyone,,,,!!!
