Chicken becoming hard and over sauced I think a little more time and effort should be put in

I have nothing but good things to say somehow I ended up with the wrong order and I spoke with the manager and she cleared it up and I went home happy with my children and we all ate good the food was delicious I recommend my friends to go to B&M for good barbecue and good service
