Today was my first experience at a specialty office, I was very impressed by the care provided by this practice. All staff were professional, kind, and timely. Dr. Lozada took his time explaining things to me in a human way and relieved my anxieties regarding the symptoms I was experiencing related to an ear + sinus issue. The intervention was effective and he was thorough enough to suggest a follow up as well as offering communication via the portal whenever needed. I felt well cared for and will be returning/recommending this practice in the future!

Summary; Fantastic Doctors and Staff with exceptional personal skills. Will return and highly recommend. I went to Becker Plastic Surgery to see Dr. Lozada about resetting a broken nose. I visited at least a half dozen of plastic surgeons over the last ten years, in the hopes of doing a rhinoplasty. While many were very nice and experienced, no one gave me the instant comfort level of Dr. Schrader. She listened to what I wanted, made suggestions on what the best course of action would be and did not try to upsell or push me in any way to do more work than I wanted. She also gave me a very honest and realistic idea of what results would look like and did not overpromise in any way. She has a wonderful, calming bedside manner and definitely cares about her patients. Also, her staff has been enormously helpful and they aren't pushy like a lot of other plastic surgery offices. My surgery went very well and while I am only a month out of recovery and still a little swollen (this is normal and to be expected) I already love my results. The change is subtle but impactful. I still look like myself, which was very important to me and something that Dr. Schrader listened to and executed. I highly recommend her and her team.
