The inspector I had was very thorough and even took the time to explain everything on the report before he left and we even got the report back in less than 24 hours. I see why this place has five stars. They are truly an outstanding company with amazing people that work for them. I will definitely be using them for all future home purchases and recommending them to anyone I know who is in need of a home inspector. I also brought up some concerns I had in advance to Michelle and she assured me she would let the inspector know about my concerns and didn’t try to sell me on stuff I didn’t need. Thank you for making the home buying experience just a tad less stressful!
