The room was super clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice and breakfast was great! There were cold items like cereal and fruit. Wife choose biscuits with sausage gravy and I had sausage links and eggs. I have nothing negative to say at all! I will choose Baymont again…

The young lady who checked us in was very personable and informative. Room was everything we needed, spacious and nicely appointed. Very comfortable bed! Breakfast room was HUGE with a very nice variety of food items. They even notified us after we left of an item we left behind. Overall a great experience.

The nicest place I have stayed !!! Absolutely no complaints. Excellent, well maintained facility. I don’t travel much but was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade. If I come back to the area, there is no doubt as to where I will stay. Pleasant, professional staff as well. Thank you.

Excellent hotel in Springfield. The room was large & clean. I appreciated the lavatory being separate from the bath & toilet do the former didn’t get steamy. Quiet, both in reference to outside noise & noise from other rooms. I also appreciated being able to check in early online, so the process was that much quicker upon arrival. Would definitely stay here again.

Thursday morning breakfast the kitchen attendants were wonderful- Kala for one . The food was hot and the room was clean and front desk attendants all were great. We will stay at Baymont again.

The staff here is always super friendly-just a simple hello makes my morning -we go down stairs for the breakfast and angie always greets you with a great attitude and a friendly smile i will return over and over again

Angie and Kristina in the foodservice department were very friendly and helpful. Loved the teasing about going in the out door. Kristy and Abigail at the front desk were wonderful when my key wouldn't unlock my door. These four made my stay wonderful.

Room was very clean and the bed and pillows were exactly what was needed after a long day of traveling! Only complaint I would leave is our room just felt somewhat "damp" due to the AC struggling to keep the room cool with the high outside humidity..

The room was comfy and clean! The young lady at the front desk advised us to eat at a local Mexican restaurant named Jose Loco and OMG so glad we did. This particular hotel has been added to my favorites in the Springfield MO area.
