Bryan is a correct guy. He fixed my AC in record time diligently and saved me more than $3k as another guy from a different company already condemned the AC. Bryan from Battle River did a troubleshooting and discovered that it was just the capacitor that was faulty whereas the guy from the other company condemned the fan and the compressor. The guy further told me that replacing the faulty parts would be almost same cost as replacing the whole unit. Thanks Battle River for having Bryan in your team.

I was referred to Scott by a family member after having issues with my existing Navien hot water unit. He was able to come out the very next day to troubleshoot the problem. Scott provided clear, honest advice and walked me through different replacement options with no pressure. Their pricing was very fair—great value for the quality of service. I went ahead with a new unit, and it was installed within just a couple of days. Since I am on an acreage with well water and a septic tank, Scott took that into consideration when making his recommendations and took all the steps to prevent any issues. The installers were amazing—professional, efficient, and respectful of my home. I’m so glad I took the recommendation. From start to finish, the service was top-notch. Highly recommend!

I phoned Battle River Plumbing at 08:30 and the nice lady at reception quickly let Scott know of our dilemma..He phoned me back a few minutes later and mentioned that it would be best for him to take a look at the hot water tank ventilation and over all set up . So just minutes later he arrived and gave me a a few ideas on what course of action to take . I ultimately chose to go with the tankless wall mount . He mentioned that he has a couple other commitments for the day and that he was going to pick up all the supplies and come back the following day which was just fine with me . Before he left he cut the power to my leaking tank and set it up to drain as to prevent any other hazardous conditions.
About an hour later if that , he called me back and said he didn't want us to have to wait and that he has all the supplies for the set up and can do the job today ..I didn't tell him this initially but my wife's sister and niece were here visiting from Texas and to be able to get this taken care of this promptly was above and beyond what I would have normally expected.
So Scott arrives and takes apart the old system, and his employee Brian shows up to help . The two of them hauled all the old gear out of the basement and proceeded to put in our new system. They worked till about 4:00 that afternoon. Then Scott took the time to show me
how to navigate the onboard display as well as some simple maintenance that I can do to keep everything running smooth . While Scott and Brian were working they noticed a couple things I should address in the near future, one being the sump pump which is probably close to 20 yrs old . These guys leave no stone unturned .
Scott and his team turned our uncomfortable
situation into a smooth transition and for that we so much appreciate you guys . Total
professionalism from start to finish.

The evening of October 21st we noticed our hot water tank dripping (leaking). The next morning we called Battle River Plumbing& Heating at 8:05. Two plumbers showed up at 8:40 with a new hot water tank!! Fast & friendly service. They had new tank installed & took old tank with them. Job was complete in one hour!!! We are so happy with the priority of service. A job well done

Called at 7am on a challenging day and they had someone there at 8am. Treated non working furnace in extreme cold seriously and fast. Charge was reasonable (except for part needed which they don't have much control) Got it up and going.
