I had Basset plumbing install a new $5000.00+ furnace/ boiler. While removing the old unit the workmen dribbled oil all the way up my carpeted stairs.. I spoke too the owner, Mike, about it and he told me to get it cleaned and send him the invoice. He promised he'd reimburse me. That was about 4 months ago. I've called, sent the invoice and received nothing. Along with the mess, the Unit required 2 follow ups due to bad soldering and it kept springing leaks. STAY AWAY
CORRECTION/ EDIT. Since posting, I received a call,almost immediately, and have since been reimbursed plus given a VISA gift card for the aggravation.
I would like to extend my condolences to Janet and Mike and thank them for correcting what was apparently a miscommunication.
I WILL USE BASSET AGAIN, THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION

Billy came out and cleaned our ducts and I am very impressed on how professional he was and thorough. He called when he was 20 min away to let me know he was coming and arrived within the hour time frame I was given. I was told it would take a few hours to clean and get was done in the time frame I was given. When he finished he made sure he cleaned up anything he left behind. I highly recommend Basset, all my interactions with them have been professional and wonderful. I love how they text you a picture of the tech that is coming so I know who I'm looking for.

Since buying our house this summer we discovered that the previous owners had done nothing to maintain the HVAC system. Thankfully Basset Heating & Air has been so helpful in getting the system back up and running properly. All their workers are punctual, professional and knowledgeable. Bobby did the majority of the calls to fix the issues with our AC and did a fantastic job, making sure we knew what the problems were and what needed to be done moving forward. On his suggestion we had Billy come out to thoroughly clean all our duct work to ensure the system contained to work efficiently. Billy explained the whole process before he began, we did a walkthrough to make sure he could get to all the vents and returns. He also made sure we knew how to get the most out of our renewed system. Because of the amazing service we have recieved from these workers at Basset we have joined their Members Club and will continue to use their services for a long time!

I had an A++ experience with basset. I ran into a tech at a friends house and was telling him about the issues I had with my A/C freezing up and that another company had charged me over 100 bucks to tell me I was 4 or 5 pounds low on refrigerant due to a leak and it would cost me 4000 dollars for a new system. Thomas the tech I spoke with suggested making an appointment for them to come out and check it out so I did. As it turns out all it needed was a good cleaning of the compressor and a capacitor replaced that burned up and he had it fixed and running like new for minimal cost. They were fast to get out to my house even offering an appointment that day and very friendly and courteous through the process everyone from Emily who made the appointment to Thomas who took the time out of his day to answer my questions and ultimately come out and fix my A/C. Top notch service I will definitely use them in the future.

Our experience with Basset has been a great one. Our experience started with technician DJ who was very pleasant and took his time to explain exactly what was wrong with our AC unit followed by Eric who seemed very knowledgeable and did a great job with the install to lastly Billy who did an outstanding job provided us with a complimentary duct cleaning. We would highly recommend Basset to anyone looking for AC repairs or cleaning.

I really appreciated how Thomas showed me all the tests he was doing on our furnace and explained to me what was wrong. Billy did a great job cleaning out our ducts. Pulled out a lot of dust and debris. Everyone has been very friendly and professional. We're glad we listened to a coworker who recommended them. We will definitely be calling them next time we need anything done with our heating/AC. Another thing that I really appreciated was that they send you a text when they're on their way with their picture, so you know beforehand who you should be expecting to see at your door. Highly recommended them!!

Billy did an awesome job! He was professional, showed up in the time frame given, and did the job in the the time frame he gave me. Even made sure to clean up behind himself before he left. I would recommend Billy and anyone from Basset to get the work needed on your HVAC system done by them.

So far we've had Matt who gave us the quote and Billy who came out to do our duct cleaning. Both were awesome and worked professionally. Today we may get some one new for the installation of our AC but we'll see and there isn't a doubt in my mind that they'll be awesome too.
I will say that they were the highest of the three quotes we got by a few hundred dollars, but they have value that my wife and I hadn't found, worth the money.

Whole experience has been great. From the bid to follow up to scheduling to the AC install work. And as a downtown house owner, I can tell you the guys worked HARD for our install and duct work. Customer service has been spot on too. And then today Billy came out and cleaned out our ducts and was professional and really went the extra mile. Go with Bassett - you won’t regret it!

I wanted to share with you about how thorough and great Eric is!
He made sure to check for working carbon monoxide detectors and is so prepared, polite and I am really impressed with his expertise. I hope Eric is at your company for a long time since he is so great at what he does. He answers all my questions and explains things so well. I feel comfortable and confident in his skills.
He stayed for AT LEAST 8 hours last week and on Wednesday and Thursday and until 9pm on Thursday! He is so hard working and doesn't quit until it's done and done right.
He has obvious expertise. If we ever need work in the future, I will request Eric!
Also, a shout out to everyone at Bassett! Each person from the electricians to the other technicians like Billy and the other one were so pleasant, professional and a joy to have in our home.
Janet and MIke worked with us to get this done and included an AC servicing and vent cleaning with the install. We use Bassett for our rentals but this is the first time we've seen the work up close at our personal home.
We are MORE Than pleased!!!
