Convenience, communication and Conscientiousness shouldn't have boundaries when it comes to real-estate. Thankfully Mia kinda fell into our lap and made selling our home effortless. Everything we needed to update to sell FHA was presented to us in a punctual elegant manner. Excellence supercedes expectations few and far between these days. Great experience for a first time homebuyer! Miia was always there and on top of things when it came to questions and paperwork. When it came down to negotiations she was very competitive and aggressive to get me my new home. Zack from northpoint bank is extremely knowledgeable and quick to get you to close. I could not have asked for a better loan officer to get the job done. The van for the move in was free and very helpful to make my move in easy and care free. Baragar is a prime example of what the reality process should standardize.
