This is the second time we have worked with Christine and she’s been nothing short of amazing each time! I had an Realty agreement with a longtime Balistreri realtor that I've known for years, then I learned that He had suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury but to my surprise Jim Balistreri heard about the unfortunate accident and that I was good friends with the injured agent. Mr Balistreri himself stepped in and took over the listing and I could not have imagined that He was as fine a Gentleman as I have ever met. It was a complicated 1031 exchange and Jim Balistreri assured me he had plenty of experience with that type of transaction and went above and beyond what I would have expected. I had never met him but was treated as if We had known each other as long as I have known the injured Agent. The transaction went along without any problems and I am now finishing the 2nd portion of the 1031 exchange. I am very Thankful that Jim stepped in like he did. I know he's a very busy individual but was never to busy to answer questions I had or arrange for issues that did arise to be taken care of without hesitation. I am very fortunate to have known the agent that was injured but I was very Blessed to have Mr. Balistreri step in and handle things personally, better than I ever could have imagined. I'd recommend Balistreri Realty Co. To anyone, especially if it's a complex of a transaction as it was. I am still amazed at how professionally it was all handled but how well I was treated the entire time by a gentleman I've never met but will make time to shake his hand the next time I'm in Ft Lauderdale Florida, Thank you very much J.T.Benbow III

I have nothing but good things to say about Balistreri Real Estate. From the minute Wendy Barnes and I spoke, it was nothing but stellar work. Put the house on the market quickly and arrange an open house. Was always in communication with us about the sale, about the best advice and what she recommends. Even when things went to the worst when our 1st buyer backed out at the last minute due to a family death, she quickly relisted the house and found a new buyer within days.
I highly recommend Balistreri Real Estate and their staff, you are in good hands

I would highly recommend Darlene Daigle as your next realtor! She was professional, understanding and highly organized. I now live in CT and asked Darlene to sell my condo in FL. She took it on without hesitation and kept me informed of the proceedings sometimes on a daily basis. The most challenging part was dealing with my tenants who were not very cooperative at times with the selling process. Darlene handled them patiently and courteously and achieved which at times seemed the impossible! She assisted the tenants with obtaining the paperwork that they needed and managed to keep the buyer, seller, and tenants working together for the closing. I’m very appreciative of all that she did.

Success! I definitely recommend this agency especially if you have Lots to be sold in the areas that they work in. The market was slow but they kept working hard to sell the Lots before the Listings expired. They also kept in touch with me from time to time to let me know that they hadn't forgotten about my Lots. They were professional and explained whatever I wasn't familiar with. Great work. 🙂
