On top of that he called and/or returned calls at the exact time that he said he would. No wasted time for either of us but in no way did I ever feel rushed. I was also very surprised that after I chose my plan and the carrier I wanted, he asked me one question: Could I please tell him exactly what coverage I would receive and also what was not covered with this particular plan. He actually cared that I understood what I was purchasing! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM! Dave - thank you so much and best of luck!
