Let me start off by saying that I don't ever rate businesses. But Avatar is not a regular business. The first time I called and spoke with Julie about my situation and concerns not only was she helpful but she really came across as genuine. I was dealing with a nightmare situation with another company with meeting the delivery schedule (about two months delay). Avatar had my order of a roof rack and two ladders shipped in a few business days. Julie sent me pictures of my created package and all associated documents to track my shipment. My delivery arrived on time and in perfect condition thanks to Avatars attention to detail in their packaging method. Once I started putting the pieces together I had a few questions because I am not a very handy person. I called Julie and she had one of her tech guys walk me thru part of the installation, on the spot! Really who does that anymore? Their customer service is amazing. If I could leave a 10 star rating I would. Do not think twice about doing business with Avatar!
