Jay did an excellent job of representing us in our purchase. He was always responsive, answered our calls, and went above and beyond in helping us resolve issues. He even helped coordinate getting logistics handled and letting people into the unit for us sice we were travelling during much if the process. Ultimately, his advice and diligence helped us secure a fair and good deal and produced a cery smooth closing process. We would heartily recommend him as a buyer's realtor.

Aaron and his team impressed us from the first time we met! They set a pretty high bar from the start, telling us that our house would most likely sell in 5 days and these guys sold it in 3! They were awesome, talk about bringing the A game, these guys delivered! From the photos to the showings with Pam and Yvette, it was the best experience my husband and I have ever had selling a house! If you want the best, Avalon Group is it, no doubt!

Aaron is super professional and helped us with all the details - moving from the Big Island of Hawaii to the Tampa area. It’s never easy working with a client at a 5 hour time difference, answering extra questions and making extra trips. Aaron went out of his way to ensure we were referred to only the best professionals throughout our transaction and he was always responsive whenever we reached out to him. He’s super knowledgeable, knows the market and the area and worked hard for us, keeping in contact for well over a year prior to our transfer to the area.
