AV Planners designed and implemented a system that allows us to view four on-site clinical treatment rooms simultaneously, toggle among them, and also allows a remote clinical supervisor to view the rooms, and discuss cases with clinicians in our conference room as needed. Many of our clinicians are training psychologists, and our AV Planner-designed system gives our trainees 100% time access to their supervisors, far exceeding the quality requirements set by the California Board of Psychology--great for our clinic, our trainees, and our patients and their families. We had AV Planners handle the AV and office security setup for our new office space. I was really pleased with how they were able to translate my wants and needs into reality. The setup is great and so easy for our team to use. Kenton was our primary contact and he was very available, presented us with various options as we went through the design phase, explained pros and cons of the different solutions, and did a great job transitioning knowledge. I was looking for a way to communicate better with my producers and directors when we were going over scripts before my film projects began. I was using facetime and conference calls and it was just too overlapping when we were talking and it just got too confusing. I called AV Planners and they installed a Zoom Room (audio/visual) in my studio for me and my workflow is much more efficient. I will recommend AV Planners to all of my colleagues.
