We just stopped in for the first time and had a wonderful experience! The owner explained the menu to us and was excited to share her expertise. She was fun to talk to, and the smoothies were delicious! Exactly what we wanted after our workout. Amazing local business, I would highly recommend!

Just tried this place. The owner's super friendly and provided great service! I had Snickers flavored smoothie and it tasted just like the candy bar, but guilt free!

My teen son and I are gym goers in Wake Forest and were looking for better nutrition options (I'm also a gastric band patient). We found, not only an exceptional menu at Authentic Impact, but also an awesome supportive community feel! Coach Lay has helped educate my son on his nutritional needs as an active teen and her LIIT (teas) give me all the energy I need to chase my 2 yr old while also teleworking from home! Lay makes a point to personally get to know you and your needs! Highly recommended!

My husband and I stopped by today after the gym. We were greeted by Lei (I apologize if I messed up the name). She is very friendly and explained the menu to us. She has an amazing personality and really excited about the product they provide. My husband ordered the Mermaid tea and I got the Mango Tango. Both were amazing! We ordered a mint mocha smoothie to go and my daughter loved it! If you havent tried yet, it is a MUST!! We will definitely be making more visits soon!
