We came to Austin Home Girls Realty after our house had been listed for over nine months with a different agency. Nikki helped us pinpoint a few areas of the home that needed some (easy and low budget) sprucing up, set us up with the most incredible stager, and made a creative and fun video about the listing on Instagram. After 12 days on the market, we had an offer & were under contract - we closed within a month. She answered all of our questions And was helping us navigate everything while we were already living out of state. Our only regret is not coming to Austin Home Girls first.

Nikki was great to work with. We started our house hunting expedition right around Covid and Nikki showed us a lot of homes. Ultimately, none of the houses that we looked at worked out during that time. We decided to stop our house hunting search and Nikki was completely understanding. She went above and beyond even during the crazy house market at that time. She continued sending us houses that might peak our interest. We stayed in touch with Nikki on and off, seeing if we would restart our house search. Ultimately, we decided to sell our house and move out of Texas, closer to family. Nikki understood and she went above and beyond, helping us prep our house, to get it on the market, and staged. Our house sold within a few weeks, a lot faster than the other homes up for sale, in our neighborhood. Her knowledge and attention to detail helped us set our house above others in our neighborhood by doing the small things. We cannot say enough about how well and wonderful Nikki is and the Austin Girls Realty group. If you’re looking for someone to sell your house and really look after you as a client, you cannot find anyone better than for Nikki.

Carmen Kim is an excellent broker! I called Austin Home Girls on a Friday at 2pm and at 8pm we had an offer submitted on the home we wanted to buy. We were able close in 40 days! We absolutely loved working with Carmen during our home buying experience! We had been living in Austin for a little over a year in a rental house and knew we wanted to make this city our permanent home. Not knowing where to start or who to contact, I decided to search in the Facebook group of the neighborhood we were living in to see if anyone had posted any suggestions on a Realtor. I came across Carmen’s profile who just happened to be living in the same neighborhood as us! It was a perfect match from Day 1. We met with her over coffee to learn about our budget and what we were wanting to look at. She had so many great suggestions and we were off to look at houses that same day. Carmen was there for us day and night answering our questions and getting showings booked for us quickly (we saw a lot in a short amount of time). We always felt like she was there for us. Once we found our forever home, she stayed on top of everything, even making appts for inspectors to come out and was there at those appts to take notes for us. She continually went above and beyond! My husband found reinae based off of reviews and let me tell you she did not disappoint! We were unsure of the area since we are from Pennsylvania and she jumped right in cleared her schedule the weekend we flew out and made sure we found house before leaving! Not only did she do that she also attended inspections that we were not able to attend for us and made sure everything was top notch. She made purchasing a home so easy for us being in another state and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and stress free highly recommend her and her team!

I could write a book on how good Reinae was, so I’ll try and sum it up. Got a job offer to move from Philly PA to Texas, and found Austin Home Girls based off stellar reviews. Knowing no one here, it was important to get a good realtor to rep us while being 1700 miles away. That being said, Reinae was everything and more. She spent two full days on our fly out here to help find homes. When we met in person my wife and I both got a folder full of homes, recent sold prices, trends, stats, etc etc. When settling on a home, she was our eyes, ears, and voice for alot of things that we couldn’t do once returning to Philly. She fought tooth and nail on small and large issues in the process. Never once did she just shut up and try and close the deal for her. She fought to make sure we got everything fixed and done right, even if it meant us backing out. Not once did she ever worry about her sale money, it was always about our house being perfect. She did a blue tape for us a week prior, and she didn’t miss a beat. She found more issues then I ever could. I can’t recommend Reinae enough, in fact, a person would be foolish to not hire Reinae. If you want your money to get you ever possible thing it can on a buy, Reinae is the one to hire. In the end, we bought with Reinae, have been thrilled through the process, and gained our first friend in Austin. DO NOT let her friendly personality fool you, she can be a Pitbull when it comes to repping her clients.
