Had an issue with our microwave door switches. Discussed with the tech over the phone and without charging for his time he recommended replacing the unit would be cheaper due to a number of factors. He could have done the call and repair to earn a sale but instead with open and honest, giving a recommendation that was best for the customer.

Called first thing Monday morning, and was provided a window 11 to 2 the same day. Technician showed up on time right in the middle of the window, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue (replaced a malfunctioning circuit board in the fridge). Fridge was back in working order by mid-afternoon after completing a defrost cycle. No issues.

Appliance Force was on time, punctual and careful in handling the fridge. Maksym Kasyanenko is a quiet guy, but listen intently to the problem I explained and then did all the troubleshooting possible. That meant he had to take everything out of the fridge and freezer, (very gently) to be able to open all the panels, inside and out. After a couple of actions to clear out all the ice and fixing the position of the thermostat, he restore the fridge and freezer. He was very clear in explaining the issues. I am very satisfied and will recommend Appliance Force anytime. Thank you

Patrick came to assess our Subzero fridge/freezer. He was knowledgeable and spent a lot of time trying to diagnose the problem. He made appropriate recommendations/suggestions and did not try to push us into a pricey repair that was not particularly necessary. Service was great!!
