Appliance force came out to my place, looked at the dryer, diagnosed that we had an intermittent problem and gave us thirty days to call them back, under the same service fee. They did not replace parts or sell us stuff we did not need.

My appointment was booked quickly, the technician arrived at the start of the booking window, and the problem was determined to be a faulty board. Unfortunately it was discontinued, but was not entirely. Unexpected. Fast and friendly service, good advice from the techs, and everything was within the estimate provided. I use them for all appliances, and I highly recommend.

We have used Appliance Force twice. Both times have been excellent. This time they repaired our dryer that had a problem with the steam valve. They were always on time, pleasant technician, and do excellent work. They are also very nice on the phone and really helpful. Highly recommend them when you need appliance repairs

Alliance Force, in particular Matt Ferguson, were great. This was warranty work. Another firm came a week prior and did not diagnose the issue or even run the dishwasher to try and confirm what we were seeing. Matt came and when I explained what we were seeing went right to the issue -- some plugging in the drain line. He cleaned that and then ran the unit 3 times to make sure everything worked. He also recommended a very low cost additional filter screen that should eliminate this risk in future. Very competent !

This is our first time using Appliance Force and we were very happy with the service (stove burner died). The response time was good, able to send out a technician the next day. The service technician (I believe his name was Patrick) was able to identify the issue and fix it quickly, he was also very respectful and polite.

Excellent service, friendly, explained the intermittent issue and that the cost to fix was large but not guaranteed so talk to insurance to claim a new fridge freezer and provided the technician notes for me to provide as proof. We have Viking appliances & Appliance Force has ALWAYS fixed the problems. Our fridge door slipped down causing the freezer doors to become difficult. We have an extra fridge/freezer in our garage so we have been using those. But Appliance Force comes in on time, fixes the problems & are very professional/polite. I do not know what we would do without them. And besides ordering from manufacturer their prices are affordable. I highly recommend!

Had an issue with our microwave door switches. Discussed with the tech over the phone and without charging for his time he recommended replacing the unit would be cheaper due to a number of factors. He could have done the call and repair to earn a sale but instead with open and honest, giving a recommendation that was best for the customer.
