The tech Matt was wonderful and is obviously highly experienced. He checked the oven and found the problem almost immediately. He brought the part he thought was the problem with him based on my description of what I saw and heard which was a correct diagnosis by him. He then went above and beyond to check the temperature in the oven and adjusted the readings to make it more accurate than the factory setting. We will definitely be using Appliance Force for all our appliance issues in the future.

Setting up our service call was easy. Our service tech was personable and informative about what the issue was, and answered all our questions. Appliance repairs are never cheap, but the price was right. We would recommend Appliance Force.

Appliance Force was a good experience in the repair of our upright freezer, right from the office staff to repair techs. They accommodated our schedule, and did a good repair. The repair techs were friendly, clean, and efficient. I had a question after the fact and promptly got a return call from the repair tech to answer my inquiry. The primary tech was Max, and he was great.

My overall experience was good, Joel was excellent, polite and he knows what he was doing. I recommmond him for sure.The only concerns I have, it was the price. I believe the price was too high for the work he has done.

Very impressed with all aspects of the service provided by Appliance Force today. Not only was Patrick on time ( early actually) but he addressed the problem of our faulty dishwasher and more importantly, provided my wife and I very helpful hints for us on how to trouble shoot in the future. Pat and the team at appliance force are incredible! They repaired our dishwasher, even with quite a few challenges that came up. They made multiple visits out and ensured that everything was working wonderfully again. When our dryer broke down, it was a no-brainer who we would call. Great company.

Service rep ***** arrived on time, he was very polite. He explained what he was doing, replaced the thermostat, assembled dryer back. He noticed a fault in our dryer vent, suggested we get it looked at. We appreciate his honesty and have contacted a dryer vent specialist. This employee/company that takes that extra step to take care of their customers.

Although at first my dishwasher repair was misdiagnosed and required a couple additional appointments, I have to give credit for them coming back and getting it right. Great customer service in that department making sure that the job got done properly in the end. I’d use them again because of the piece of mind that they are responsive and committed to their customers.
