After waiting 59 days for service on our oven through an extended warranty company I gave up and called Appliance Force. Pat showed up on time, analyzed the problem, went to his van for parts and had the oven fixed in less than 2 hours! After waiting so long I couldn't believe it was that easy! Pat was very knowledgeable, thorough, efficient and careful in our home. I was extremely satisfied dealing with Appliance Force and would have them back for my next repair without any hesitation.

Our tech, Matt, was superb. He gave us a heads-up before arriving, and from the start was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Once he was able to diagnose the problem with our washer, he provided a clear and detailed explanation, and then laid out a few options we could pursue. We didn't feel any pressure to make an immediate decision or pushed towards any of the options; it honestly felt he was just giving us as much info and context as was needed to make an informed decision. We're very happy with the service we received and would absolutely choose Appliance Force again for future appliance needs.

Appliance force came out to my place, looked at the dryer, diagnosed that we had an intermittent problem and gave us thirty days to call them back, under the same service fee. They did not replace parts or sell us stuff we did not need.

My appointment was booked quickly, the technician arrived at the start of the booking window, and the problem was determined to be a faulty board. Unfortunately it was discontinued, but was not entirely. Unexpected. Fast and friendly service, good advice from the techs, and everything was within the estimate provided. We have used Appliance Force twice. Both times have been excellent. This time they repaired our dryer that had a problem with the steam valve. They were always on time, pleasant technician, and do excellent work. They are also very nice on the phone and really helpful. Highly recommend them when you need appliance repairs

Alliance Force, in particular Matt Ferguson, were great. This was warranty work. Another firm came a week prior and did not diagnose the issue or even run the dishwasher to try and confirm what we were seeing. Matt came and when I explained what we were seeing went right to the issue -- some plugging in the drain line. He cleaned that and then ran the unit 3 times to make sure everything worked. He also recommended a very low cost additional filter screen that should eliminate this risk in future. Very competent !
