Had nothing but a good experience, with a last minute, same day rental. They were very patient with me as I forgot my phone when I went to meet them for pickup, and I went to the wrong area.
I will very likely use them again for my next WDW vacation.

The scooter was at the hotel lobby when we checked in and took it to the lobby for our check out! It worked beautifully for all the theme park we visited. The size was perfect and so was the battery size...My mother was in good hands, thanks so much for being so reliable! I will use again and again and tell others who need a little help about you!

Apple scooter was there when I needed a last minute rental. I love that it came with usb port, cup holder and misc holder next to cup holder. Customer service was awesome. This is my new go to scooter rental when I go to Florida.

I needed my scooter sooner than later. I was so happy they had a pick up at their warehouse location available. They were very accommodating and without me even asking, they inquired what hotel I was staying at and they offered to pick it up for me so I didn’t even have to go back definitely a great experience With having a temporary disability. I would certainly suggest this with anybody who Has mobility needs. @themagiciscalling

Renting a scooter from Apple Scooter was incredibly easy from drop off to pick up. The scooter itself has definitely seen better days but it worked well nonetheless. I would highly recommend using Apple Scooter if you are in need. The price was also the cheapest compared to other competitors

The scooter ran great!! We were surprised that we could rent it on a same day notice. It was very comfortable, and one of the largest scooters we ever had, with both my husband and I having bad knees, it worked out great!!

Apple Scooter is the best service around. The most accommodating and best priced. The service is top notch. I have been using them since 2021. I wish more of the Disney resorts would promote Apple Scooter instead of lake Buena Vista. Again, there is no other service I would want to work with.

I would and am planning on renting from them again. I recommended Apple Scooters to a couple of folks at the Universal Studios Parks and will recommend them to everybody needing one. Reservation was seamless, pickup was a breeze, they delivered it to my Resort, with showing my ID at the Bellman/Luggage desk and doing a quick walk around. The price was more than fair; included a front basket, cup/phone-items holder, built in usb charger and easy to connect scooter charger with a pouch for it on the back of seat, though, I left the charger at the Resort because wow! We’d be at the park from open to close, I’d charge my phone and my children’s, and it didn’t move from full until an hour or so before leaving the parks! I used the pouch to hold other things. Also utilized the swivel on the seat to eat at dinning tables when seating was limited. Handled very well with multiple speed levels. Extremely satisfied customer! I must add, I lost track of time and didn’t have the scooter back when scheduled so I made sure to fully charge it , clean it thoroughly and reached out through email*for track record sake, offering to pay the difference but I’m guessing considering the Hurricane circumstances, they waived it. Amazing and thoughtful customer service! With having lifelong physical ability issues sustained in a major car accident, I could’ve never done this trip without a scooter. It was my daughter’s pick for a quick family vaca before deploying out soon so I really needed to be present! Mahalo Nui Apple Scooters🤙🏽

Customer service was great. When I called to asked about how scooter rentals works they answered all my questions and even took my reservation over the phone. They dropped off and picked at the scheduled time. The transportable ecv is easy to disassemble. The battery lasted all day at Disney world. We didn’t even recharge at the park. Definitely recommend!

The scooter rented ran out of charge while I was in Epcot at Disney World. I called and a higher power scooter was delivered to me quickly at the entrance to Epcot. The problem with the first scooter was my fault for ordering a scooter that would not last the entire day.

I would definitely rent from Apple Scooter again. Scooter was dropped off early. It was portable, so my husband wad able to take the seat off, fold it, and it fit in the trunk of our car. The scooter was easy to maneuver and went a good speed. The detachable basket was nice. It served the purpose for the 2 days where I would have needed to walk alot. The battery also lasted a long time and didn't take long to get enough charge to last the whole day at Disney. Decent price for 2 days as well. I left the scooter in the lobby of the hotel for pickup. Also, thankful that the delivery driver used his gut instinct and left me the light weight foldable scooter instead of the one I clicked on, not knowing.
