Scooter was there when I arrived fully charged. Was kept inside a dry room (universal dockside) Basket is large enough for 3 rain jackets and 4 water bottles and 2 refillables . Battery barely went to half charged for epic universe after 8 hrs (i powered off when not in motion).

I unexpectedly had to rent a scooter, and had heard about Apple scooters in the past for Disney. It was late in the evening when I made an online request for the next day. I requested to pick up at the store figuring it would be faster and easier than waiting in the morning. I got a call early and my concerns were addressed. They were able to deliver the scooter early and both the woman on the phone and the driver were very helpful. The scooter lasted all week without needing extra charges during the day. It was also pretty comfortable (as far as the seat had a bit of a cushion). I would definitely use this company and recommend to others if needed.

I always rent from Apple Scooters in Orlando. Doug is super nice and always delivers and picks up the scooter on time. The ECV this time (1-19-26) was brand new! It looked great and ran smoothly, maintaining and excellent battery charge. I have been disappointed with other companies, but never with Apple Scooters!

I paid an extra $10 to add a cup holder to the scooter for my rental period. However the way the holder was attached to the machine left it on a noticable downward tilt. My new coffee mug, my daughter bought me for Christmas from Magic Kingdom, at a value of over $50.00, fell out of the cup holder several times, leaving it scratched/chipped on the sides with a chip out of the clear plastic lid. I am very disappointed.
Also a few of days into the rental, some how the key broke off, leaving part of the key stuck in the ignition. I was at the back of the machine, facing away from the machine, organizing some things Id purchased, and when I turned back around the keys were on the ground,. When I went to put them back in the ignition, I could not, because part of the key has broken off and was stuck in the ignition. After that, it was a pain to turn the machine both on and off because the keys could only go in one way. and once the parks got dark, I had to keep taking out my cell phone and turning on the flashlight to get them in to start the machine and then turn it off.
One of the employees from of the attractions, mentioned to me that this was the second key they had seen broken off that day from a machine identical to mine.

We were on vacation & my husband was in desperate need of a scooter now. No one had same day availability except Apple Sccoter Rental. Stephanie was very pleasant, professional and personable. Douglas, the delivery person was the same. My husband loved having the scooter as he was able to enjoy the theme park. Hes actually thinking of buying one.
