I paid an extra $10 to add a cup holder to the scooter for my rental period. However the way the holder was attached to the machine left it on a noticable downward tilt. My new coffee mug, my daughter bought me for Christmas from Magic Kingdom, at a value of over $50.00, fell out of the cup holder several times, leaving it scratched/chipped on the sides with a chip out of the clear plastic lid. I am very disappointed. Also a few of days into the rental, some how the key broke off, leaving part of the key stuck in the ignition. I was at the back of the machine, facing away from the machine, organizing some things Id purchased, and when I turned back around the keys were on the ground,. When I went to put them back in the ignition, I could not, because part of the key has broken off and was stuck in the ignition. After that, it was a pain to turn the machine both on and off because the keys could only go in one way. and once the parks got dark, I had to keep taking out my cell phone and turning on the flashlight to get them in to start the machine and then turn it off. One of the employees from of the attractions, mentioned to me that this was the second key they had seen broken off that day from a machine identical to mine.

We were on vacation & my husband was in desperate need of a scooter now. No one had same day availability except Apple Sccoter Rental. Stephanie was very pleasant, professional and personable. Douglas, the delivery person was the same. My husband loved having the scooter as he was able to enjoy the theme park. Hes actually thinking of buying one. We will definitely rent from Apple Scooter our next visit. Great Service!

They were wonderful! Dropped it off at our Airbnb. Picked it up when we were ready to leave. I’ve used them several years. Only once did I need to have a battery pack replaced, but they were right on top of it!

Ordering and setup was easy. Had an issue with one of the two scooters. Left a voicemail and they called back first thing in the morning to swap out for a new one. Great service! Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Will use them again!

Great scooters. We rented 2. Delivered as promised, no problems or issues. I need help with loading into my SUV. Called them and they walked me through how to disassemble for loading. Worked like a charm. Drop off was easy. Just lwft them at front desk of Hotel and Apple handle it from there. Will use them again in a heartbeat.

Apple scooter is absolutely a true God sent for me. I couldnt do a vacation without it. Ive been renting a scooter for over 20 yrs and Apple is the best place to rent from. I have a disease called complex regional pain syndrome in my foot and Im in constant pain. Stephanie is great and the guys in the warehouse are wonderful as well.
