I go to Disney very frequently and apple scooter is my rental place of choice! I'm also a travel agent and they are the only ones I will recommend to my clients. They are very accommodating even though you have to meet them for pickup and delivery I've never had an issue. Doug is amazing!

Apple scooters was very easy to work with. They delivered the scooter on time to the resort bell hop and picked it up from resort bell hop. First time user and it after figuring out how fast it can go, and needing to slow it down, I was on my way to enjoy the parks. It was definitely the best decision to rent a scooter, and made my trip more enjoyable and less painful.

Great service and great little scooter. It was intuitive to operate. I’m old and I’ve never driven a scooter before but had no problems. The scooter. held a charge throughout the whole day at the park and was easy to plug-in and recharge at night. The convenience of having the scooter dropped off and picked up at our hotel was appreciated. I highly recommend this company for a great experience.

Scooter was there when I arrived fully charged. Was kept inside a dry room (universal dockside) Basket is large enough for 3 rain jackets and 4 water bottles and 2 refillables . Battery barely went to half charged for epic universe after 8 hrs (i powered off when not in motion).
