We have had our pool for just over a year and it developed a tear in it and they would not do anything for me. I have it on ring camera and they say I have to pay to replace the cover. How would this cover hold a Harley if it tears with nothing on it. Very upset with the warranty on this product. Be aware doesn’t look like they stand behind the product they sell. Well after this post the company reached out to me and we were able to come to an agreement to get my cover fixed. I was definitely upset but the company did do the right thing and correct my issue. Shows that they are a good company and do stand behind their product
