DO NOT CONSIDER ANOTHER BONDSMAN EVER. period. End of story. I realized a loved one had a warrant and the best decision I made was calling Andy Callif Bail Bonds!! Susan and Jessica walked me through what my family member should do to turn himself in, even made sure I had available information about arraigning judges, and were not only kind enough to take my information, but they remembered me and the details of my situation weeks later when I called to post the bond. Seriously, the staff at this business were more knowledgeable about the process and more helpful than the Defense Attorney!! It is very obvious they have a good working relationship with the courts, the jail, and local attorneys. It is very obvious they are detail oriented and extremely knowledgeable but also that they genuinely care and this is more than just a business to them. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Efficiency meets empathy with this company and I hope they are all proud of the outstanding service they provide!!! Simply put, 5 stars is not enough. Andy, I don’t know what you pay Susan, but that’s not enough either!! I have never dealt with a more compassionate, competent human being. She single-handedly took what was a very traumatic, frustrating process & made it comforting, easy, & as close to enjoyable as something like this can be. She was accessible & responsive even outside business hours & I can’t tell you how much that meant to me and my family! I know nobody wants to need a bondsman, but if and when you do, please use this one!! He and his entire staff will make the best out of a hard situation without being judgmental!!!!!

I would like to note this office turned an unfortunate situation pleasant to work with. The office staff Susan placed my nerves at ease with her smile and mild mannerisms. I really appreciate the caring atmosphere at such a time of getting your loved ones out of jail. The owner Andy Callif sets the tone by explaining step by step what takes place during this time as well as someone from their office being available should a person have any questions or concerns after the office is closed while waiting until the release which can happen up to 3am the next morning. I must say I’m really grateful for Andy Callif Bail Bonds. I will recommend them to everyone. I am 10000% satisfied!
