Tyler that came out and did inspection was great kid. Super nice and seemed knowledgeable enough. Very friendly. The con was the LOW BALL offer. We understand everyone involved has to make a dollar but not… mucho dollars on every house. Right? Way too many companies and “Andrew home buyers” out there nowadays to be too greedy.
