Initial cash offer process pretty simple
Although I ultimately went with another companys offer I was quite impressed with T.J., Andrews associate who worked with me. He was polite, knowledgeable and forthcoming. I have already commented to friends how professional he was.

He was punctual for the appointment, introduced himself as a representative of the company, inspected the apartment, took photos, and made us an offer that was slightly less than we expected. He agreed to send the offer in writing. Once we receive it, we will make a decision. Eric is a true professional in his business.
