He carefully explained the process and how he and Andrew arrived at their offer, which was quite fair. Even though I ended up going with another buyer, I’m glad I had this experience. From the very beginning, the team has been upfront, honest, and incredibly efficient—there’s been no wasted time, just a clear focus on getting to a deal that works for all parties. I spoke with and evaluated five other companies during this process, and it quickly became clear how many dishonest or misleading players exist in this space. That contrast made working with Andrew and his team stand out even more. The transparency and integrity they bring to the table has been refreshing. The process has also been extremely easy. Communication is clear, expectations are well set, and the team is responsive and professional. A special callout to Joey—he’s been fantastic to work with and has made the experience smooth and stress-free.
