Amazing! I can't say enough good things about this therapist. Provides a safe atmosphere to be open and honest. Some therapists can be a little weird but it feels like talking to a friend/trusted mentor anytime I go to therapy. I've made so much progress already and I can tell I will continue to grow more as a person with Alvis as my therapist 10/10, I highly recommend! I really enjoy the holistic approaches that he takes, I always leave feeling more clear headed about where I am at and what I can do next.

Would give 6 stars if possible! Having utilized his services over the course of two+ years, I can say with confidence that Alvis is a phenomenal counselor. He is an exceptional listener and knows how to ask the right questions. Very comfortable and tasteful office space. He has also been highly flexible in meeting my needs during different phases of life and work. I have always left each of our sessions feeling refreshed, encouraged, and challenged (in the best way). Cannot speak highly enough of Alvis Duncan Counseling!
