We were not receiving any cool air conditioning into the house. I called and left a message and Andrey responded he was in the area and would stop by later. He was absolutely excellent he came here checked over our unit put in freon explained a bunch of things to us about temperature control when it's over 100 and was very professional knowledgeable and a super nice guy. We will be using this contractor every year to come check our AC and heating at the beginning of the year so we're good to go. I would highly recommend this wonderful company. Also, the fact that he came after hours to our house was very nice and we were very appreciative.

Andre came out and added some more coolant to our unit, which is over 20 years old. He did a very good job and was honest about what will be needed in the future. For the past couple years, I have relied on Alpha Mechanical to refresh the coolant and I have always felt very good about their service. It is so great to experience the honesty of this company!

We found out our AC was not working during this current unseasonably hot period. The next day we called Alpha Mechanical and Andre came out a few hours later and at the time he said he would arrive. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed our problem (a badly fabricated wire) using his detective skills. It wasn’t a normal or ordinary diagnosis, but he persevered and fixed the issue. We were very impressed and pleased with all aspects of his service call. We would highly recommend Alpha Mechanical. We will definitely use them in the future.

We called Alpha Mechanical to repair one of the heaters in our church. Andrey showed up to check it out and found a failed part. He ordered the pared and returned the next day. This is the second time I am using Andrey for my AC service. This time the unit had stopped working in the peak summer day when it was 100+. When I called Andrey he quickly responded and was able to come within 30 mins and provide his best services. The thing I appreciate and admire about Andrey is his quick appointment when you need the most and his awesome service. When I called them about my air conditioner being out the man came over the same day to check it out. I needed a new one and it only took three days to put a new one in. The two guys that installed the n one were very good. I would definitely give there business to any of my friends.

FIVE (5) STARS! Alpha Mechanical comes through again with flying colors! This is the third (3rd) time I have called on Alpha Mechanical on short notice, and Andre and his team have continued to provide me with THE most outstanding service. I was able to reach Andre immediately (as usual), and he was at my residence the same day to diagnose the issue of a faulty heat pump, during the recent cold snap in March. Even with having to order the necessary new equipment, the A/C repairs were completed much faster than I expected, and for far less than I had anticipated paying for this kind of major A/C repair. Alpha Mechanical's attention to my needs has been consistently beyond superior service every time I have needed their kind assistance. I have been considering a complete replacement of my now 21 year-old A/C system, and would not consider any other A/C servicer than Alpha Mechanical to perform this essential service for me. I have used Alpha Mechanical 3 times, both for my air conditioner and heating and 2 of the 3 times were emergent - my a/c fan motor stopped working on a 100 degree day and just last week the control board on my furnace went out on a really cold day. Both times I received same day service with resolution of my issues at a very reasonable price. Alpha Mechanical is quick to respond and does great work. I highly recommend them!
