We are buyers from out of town, Cory was flexible with scheduling and understood our sense of urgency. Once done he called me to review by phone the findings and explain everything thoroughly making recommendations on how to proceed. He was friendly and patient with my questions. I can absolutely say, this was the best inspection experience we've ever had. Cory was awesome from start to finish! He took time to answer all of our questions and concerns and was as friendly, as ever. Not once did we feel like we were a bother to him. I even had questions after he left and felt comfortable enough to text him with my concerns. He responded right away and helped me no problem. When he finished the inspection, he sent a completed "Inspection Report" straightaway. If you have any doubts about using this company, don't! Give them a call. You won't be sorry!
