GooglePositive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness Technician Joe and an assistant came soon after I was notified they were on their way. They couldn’t open the clean-out in my utility room, but were able to open one outside. They proposed to use the shower drain in my downstairs bathroom. They worked hard but that did not clear the problem. They removed the toilet and they were able to clear the blockage. They replaced the toilet and did a pretty good job cleaning up what turned out to be a mess. They were courteous and explained everything they were doing. I would call All Clear again. GoogleAll Clear came out and unclogged the main sewar line after we saw water coming up through a clean out in the basement. Very professional customer service as well as the technician who visited. Took about an hour and done. Price seemed a bit steep after seeing what is entailed with the work (think industrial sized toliet snake) - but better they do it than me. Satisfied customer.

He listened to the issue and gave some possibilities to solving the problem. He also checked connected plumbing in the house to make sure there were not other things related to the main issue. He also went over what he was planning to do and the cost depending on what was needed. The job was finished quickly and the clean up was so well done that it seemed like he was never there. GoogleI have used All Clear Plumping twice now for two separate emergency situations and they have been wonderful to work with both times. They are quick to get back to you and quick to send someone out. Both times the technician was professional and very friendly. During this last repair we had the pleasure of working with Glenn. He was very personable and was able to fix our problem within minutes! I will definitely use them again in the future!!!
