I’ve seen several different doctors trying to get relief from the burning and pain in my feet for years. I just had my 3rd visit with Dr. Alicia and was happy to report that I had no pain in my feet. She is now working on the fungus in the toe nails of my left foot.
She is absolutely the best in her field of medicine & highly recommend her.

Listen to the issues that I had clearly explain my options and treatment plan. Very knowledgeable. Also suggested trying minimal treatments before anything more advanced highly recommended. Great visit.

This week I had my first visit with Dr. Alicia Kanhai, DPM.

It was a most excellent experience!

Her office manager (Agape') was so very gracious and helpful when I called to make the appointment and when I arrived at their office.

Dr. Kanhai herself was like a breath of fresh air! She listened empathically, she asked pertinent questions, she spent a lot of time with me in an effort to get a full understanding of the problems I was having with my feet and ankles.

I most appreciated it when she said, "I know you've had a lot of folks trying to address your symptoms, but let's see if we can get to the cause of the issue."

Dr. Kanhai was professional, experienced, competent, caring and attentive. I have found MY Podiatrist!

Dr Kanhai listened and was very attentive to my concerns. She was also receptive to what I wanted to do. Most doctors I’ve seen for my condition shut me down, rushed me out the office, and suggested another type of specialist. Dr Kanhai was so welcoming and exceeded my expectations. She’s the most thoughtful, patient, understanding, professional, kind, and personable, doctor I’ve ever met!

Dr. Kanhai is always very thorough during her examination. She seems quite knowledgeable and also makes a point to ask questions as to my condition and values my input. Dr. Kanhai is also very caring and compassionate and always asks how I’m doing at the onset of the visit. Her front office assistant, Agaape’, is sweet, cordial and always helpful.

Office and doctor are very knowledgeable and a great help for years I’ve been seeing them. Issues that could have caused an amputation on toe she worked on and never stopped trying to get me healthy. I suffer from diabetic wounds. She also does a full office support everytime I go. Very thorough.
