I was in contact with Agua with regards to a defect in a new toilet. Although the outcome was not my preference, they had a quick response rate and were respectful to my situation in their correspondence. The toilet is sleek and a great fit for our decor. I would suggest if purchasing in advance of the project to unbox right away and look over the item with good lighting.

Bought a wall mounted sink, kitchen faucet, vanity tap, shower kit, and shower niche from Agua. All have been fantastic. Great quality and design for the price. Have recommended to several friends because we’ve been so happy with their products.Excellent customer service as well if you have questions about their products.
