I had the pleasure of working with Niusha from the North York showroom while remodeling my bathroom. I had to make lots of decisions and changes on the fly, and she was very helpful and patient through it all. She had great suggestions, and I really valued her expertise when choosing fixtures. Went to Agua to purchase a few mirrors and was delighted to find that Laura and Nuisha were so helpful. They really wanted the overall picture of the bathrooms in order to suggest the perfect mirror for each room and even offered advice beyond the mirrors. So helpful to work with people who have overall design experience and can make other suggestions for the room rather than only showing you what you came in for. Thank you Laura and Nuisha, it was a pleasure meeting you both and I will be back when I start doing the basement !!

Bonne sélection de produits de qualité, le service est très bien au point de vente. On a aussi pu obtenir de l'information supplémentaire pour l'auto-installation, ce qui est très apprécié. Le service de livraison par contre laisse un peu à désirer. Ils devaient nous prévenir 30 min. avant leur arrivée et ne l'ont pas fait.
