I am taking an ADHD workshop with Nora and we aren't even finished with the 9 weeks and I have already learned and implemented SO MUCH. I have undiagnosed ADHD and the workshop is a mix of people with a diagnosis and without and we have all had breakthroughs. Every class I learn a little bit more about how my brain functions differently and how to adapt and work with it. Opposed to just letting it take over and be my end. All frustration. It has helped me with both my work life and my personal life and I am so glad I was able to take this workshop. Nora is very knowledgeable and makes you feel so comfortable. She makes sure you understand something in its entirety before moving on. She doesn't get frustrated and and she is so supportive. Highly highly highly recommend.

Feeling misunderstood the majority of my life, even by myself, had left me feeling like I am “too much“. Real freedom has come with understanding that I am unique, but I am not alone. I have clarity now and I give myself grace when I get overwhelmed. I have an individualized plan, an actual playbook, Nora created specifically for me that I can reference when I need support and guidance.
