I just purchased my first house with John Gately and I couldn't have better things to say. He was extremely knowledgable and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. I needed several quotes/appraisals from a contractor and electrician along the way and he was really great about setting up these meetings so I could be sure I was making the right (and informed) decision.
