I am currently suffering from some health issues nothing life threatening but it is enough for it to make it difficult to travel. I have been seeing many doctors in the last 2 months and having to go through countless labs and testing. I feel like a burden to my wife. All I had to do was register online then I talked to a nurse that made sure all my proof was submitted correctly. After that I had a Tele-med visit with the Dr. Within 3 hours I had an email from the state to pay for my card. I am so pleased, it's beyond words.
